One of my favorite books that I was able to read in my high school english class was the book Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer. This wasn't just because it is an amazingly written work of non-fiction but the author had graduated from the same school. My overall vision for the book cover's re-design was to capture the themes of survival, adventure, isolation and also suspense. Due to the fact that "Into the Wild" is a non-fiction storytelling of a well-known personal tragedy, I wanted to be inspired by the famous last photo of the main character.
